Authenticity
All items offered at HYPENEEDZ are guaranteed to be brand new and 100% authentic. Before any product leaves our warehouse, it is carefully inspected by our experienced team of experts.
To reliably guarantee the authenticity of each item, we have developed a multi-stage verification process. This allows us to consistently ensure the originality and quality of all products.
All items are shipped in their original packaging, including all accessories – together with our hand-signed certificate of authenticity. This certificate confirms that the item has been inspected and approved by our team.

This is a question we are often asked. HYPENEEDZ does not source its items directly from the manufacturers but works with a reliable network of authorized retailers, private suppliers, and international wholesalers.
Through our targeted sourcing, we are able to offer products that are often long sold out in traditional retail – especially highly sought-after sneakers or limited collections.
Our goal is to make access to these special items as simple, safe, and transparent as possible. Before any product is sold, it is carefully inspected by our expert team to ensure that it is:
- brand new and unworn,
- 100% authentic,
- and meets the high quality and authenticity standards of HYPENEEDZ
This way, you can shop with complete confidence and trust.
At HYPENEEDZ, authenticity is our top priority. That’s why every item undergoes a multi-stage authentication process, carried out by our experienced team of experts, before it is shipped.
During this process, the following features are examined with particular care:
- Original tags and labeling
- Stitching, material quality, and overall craftsmanship
- Packaging and complete accessories
- Material composition, feel, and shape
- And yes – even the smell is taken into account, as this too can provide valuable clues about authenticity
To support this, we use specialized measuring and testing techniques that allow us to reliably detect even the smallest deviations.
The goal of this process is to give you the confidence that with every order, you are receiving a 100% authentic, brand-new, and carefully verified product – including our hand-signed certificate of authenticity.
Currently, HYPENEEDZ does not offer an authentication service for products that were not purchased through our platform. Our authentication processes and quality controls are exclusively reserved for items ordered and fulfilled directly via HYPENEEDZ.
This is the only way we can ensure that all verification criteria are fully met and properly documented.

Shipping & Delivery
Many of our items are ready to ship within 48 hours – these are marked accordingly. All other items are usually dispatched within 5–10 business days.
We offer several shipping methods, such as DHL Standard, UPS Standard, and UPS Express. At checkout, you can easily choose your preferred option.
Orders shipped within Germany are free of charge for purchases over €150. For further details on shipping costs, please click here.
HYPENEEDZ stands for a wide range of highly sought-after and limited items – from the latest fashion and accessories to collectibles and eyewear, as well as leather goods and all types of footwear. Every product comes with a 100% authenticity guarantee and is offered at fair conditions.
To ensure that we can source every desired edition – no matter how rare or in demand it may be – and subject it to a thorough authentication process, we work with a global network of retailers, collectors, and wholesale partners. For this reason, orders may in some cases not be shipped on the following business day.
Nevertheless, we always guarantee the fastest possible delivery and rely on short, eco-conscious shipping routes to help make online retail more sustainable.
Within Germany and Austria, shipping is free for orders over €150. For orders below this amount or for deliveries to other countries, the following shipping costs apply: (Click here for all shipping costs).
Tip: Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in the shopping cart.
Express shipping is particularly useful if your delivery needs to cross borders or if you require the item by a specific date.
For orders within Germany, both DHL and Post-AT usually deliver within 1–2 business days. In this case, the extra charge for express shipping is only worthwhile for time-sensitive deliveries.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in more than one package. This allows us to get available items to you as quickly as possible. Each shipment comes with its own confirmation email, including tracking details so you can easily follow your delivery.
We ship to most countries worldwide, provided that the political and geographical situation allows safe delivery.
At this time, we are unable to ship to: Russia and Afghanistan.
Orders shipped within the EU are free from customs duties.
Customers outside the EU may have to pay customs fees according to their country’s regulations, which are not covered by HYPENEEDZ.
Returns & Order Cancellations
Yes! You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. This allows you to examine your purchase at your leisure and without risk – and if you don’t like it, simply send it back.
Please register your return via our return portal – you can find it [here]. After successful registration, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions within one business day.
Once your item has arrived at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
Please note the following return conditions:
- The item must be new, unworn, and undamaged
- The original packaging must be complete and intact
- Returns must be sent in a separate shipping box
- Of course, items may be tried on

The buyer is responsible for the costs incurred in the event of a return.
Why do we do this?
We want to always offer you the best possible prices. If we were to cover the return shipping costs, we would have to include them in the sales price – which we believe would be unfair to those who are 100% sure about their purchase.
Of course, if a shipping error occurs on our part, we will cover the return costs. ;)
Payments
We currently offer the following payment methods:
PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Klarna installment purchase, Klarna Pay Now, as well as additional country-specific options such as EPS, iDeal, BLIK, Przelewy24, and MobilePay.
The principle is simple: From the invoice date, you usually have 14 or 30 days to settle your invoice. You only pay once you have received the goods. Shop with peace of mind, complete your order, and try our items at home in comfort.
The invoice will be included in the package and shipped together with the goods. You can view all your invoices at any time here or in the Klarna app.
Good to know: You can find the due date or the payment details of your invoice at any time here or in the Klarna app. It’s easy to check in the app whether your payment has been received. We recommend making all your payments directly in the Klarna app to avoid possible misdirected payments or reminders.
To pay by credit card, simply select the “Credit Card” payment option at checkout.
Once you click on “Pay,” you will be redirected to our payment provider Mollie. Don’t worry – you are in the right place.
When paying by credit card, you will need to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC). The security code is a 3-digit number, or in the case of AMEX, a 4-digit number, which you can find on your credit card. This is not the same as your PIN that you use for offline purchases in physical stores.
After entering this information, most credit cards require two-factor authentication. Normally, you will receive a PIN by SMS, or you may use an app from your card provider to generate this PIN.
Which method is used, and whether you simply confirm the payment or also need to enter a PIN, depends on your card provider.
If you experience any problems at this step, please contact your card provider or our support team – we are happy to help and are familiar with most card providers.
Once the confirmation has been completed, the amount will be charged to your credit card. Don’t be surprised if the name “Mollie” appears, as this is our payment provider.
Afterwards, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
Important information about credit card payments:
Your credit card number, expiration date, and security code are highly sensitive information. With this data alone, anyone could make online purchases in your name. Never share this information with unknown persons.
Important: We will never ask you for your credit card PIN, which is only required for in-store purchases.
Instant bank transfer is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking details.
To use instant bank transfer, you only need online banking access to your bank account. At checkout, select “Bank Transfer” as your payment method.
Choose your country and your bank, then log in with your online banking credentials.With some banks, you will receive an additional confirmation PIN on your smartphone, which you need to use once to verify the transaction. Most banks use pushTAN apps for this, but the TAN may also be sent via SMS or other methods. Important: This is an online TAN, not your offline PIN. Once the transfer has been completed successfully, we receive confirmation and you will receive your order confirmation shortly after.
Good to know: Your payment will first be processed through Klarna in the Netherlands – don’t be surprised. The payment is handled securely and then forwarded to us.
When paying by instant bank transfer, no credit check or similar verification is carried out.
In very rare cases, your payment may be charged twice from your account. Don’t worry! This happens extremely rarely and usually only if our payment providers experience server issues. 99.9% of all payments are processed without any problems. The payment provider reconciles all transactions on a daily basis, and any overpaid amount will be automatically refunded to you.
Especially with higher amounts this can feel unpleasant – but don’t worry, just contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you. We won’t leave you hanging. :)

Product Details
Our products are generally unisex and therefore suitable for both women and men. Please refer to EU sizes, as these are gender-neutral. Note that there may be variations when it comes to US sizes.
GS stands for Grade School. But don’t worry – that’s just a Nike thing. ;) Sometimes GS can also be replaced with a “Y”. Under GS, Nike lists all sizes below EU 40. The shoes are sometimes cut a little narrower, but the difference is really so minimal that it usually doesn’t matter.
Then GS at Nike is the right choice for you – no matter if you’re still in school or not! ;)
Do you wear exactly EU 40?
Often, the shoes are available both as a GS version and a regular version. Both come in size EU 40. If you have wider feet, go for the regular version; otherwise, the GS version will also fit just fine.
