Currently, we only offer sales through our Instagram account (@hypeneedz.wtb). Contact us there and send us a few pictures of your item along with your asking price.

In general, we buy all kinds of limited products, mainly new and exclusive ones. The sneakers we are currently searching for are posted in our story (@hypeneedz.wtb).

As a rule, we respond to your inquiry within 24 hours. However, response times may vary depending on demand and may sometimes take longer. :/

If we do not reply, there is currently no interest in your items. Don’t worry, we read every request! Since we have a business account, we have the option to accept or decline messages. So if you send us a message, we can see and read it without it being marked as read on your side. We read all requests, but only accept them if there is interest in an item.

After we have agreed on a price, we will send you a delivery note. Please include this in the package and send it to the specified address. Once the item arrives, it will be checked for authenticity, entered into our system, and listed online. Only after these steps will we pay you via bank transfer.

As a rule, the process from the arrival of the goods to payment takes 14 business days. We recommend asking about the waiting time before selling. :)

No, unfortunately not at the moment! We are in the process of updating and improving our internal procedures, but we do not yet have the right tool for this. Just check your account regularly, and if you have any questions about your sale, feel free to contact our customer support.

Yes, after the sale has been processed through our Instagram account (hypeneedz.wtb), you are welcome to drop off the item at any of our stores if you prefer not to send it by mail.

If the package is lost on its way to us by the shipping provider, we will handle the process and submit an investigation request with the respective carrier. They will investigate what happened to the package and why it was lost. This procedure can take two to four weeks. Once the investigation has been completed, we will be reimbursed by the carrier for the value of the goods and will, of course, transfer the outstanding amount to you immediately.

We do not cover the shipping of purchased goods. You are responsible for the shipping to us!

If you are selling to us as a company and not as a private individual, please send us an invoice before the package arrives. As a small business, you cannot sell to us unless the sale is subject to differential taxation.

Yes, in special cases! We regularly post items we are looking for in our Instagram story (hypeneedz.wtb). If you have the requested item, you can simply bring it to one of our stores, and the sale will be completed there.
