An exotic collaboration between Ovo and Bape? We take a closer look at that. Everyone is talking about Drake with his OVO or Nocta brand and his new album release. In October 2020 there was even a collaboration between the two brands and it went really well.
Here is the first news about the sneaker.
How is the sneaker built?
The upper consists of reputilla -optics, you can recognize snake, alligator and some other animals. I would classify them in a beige. On the side of the upper you can see the Bapestar logo in connection with OVO. The laces have been designed in the same color as the upper and that fits together quite well. Bape was immortalized on the sole. Since the Bape StA is an omage to the Air Force One, you can see the silhouette well. Instead of the Bape Sta day in the first loop, the Ovo owl was attached. A white Bape StA day was embroidered on the tongue and the logo consists of black script.
Release information
I assume that the Ovo X Bape StA will come to the Bape Stores this October and will definitely be available online.

Opinion of the Ovo X Bape StA
In general, I am convinced of the Bape Sta's. Nothing that is over the top, but relatively simple but with the reptile pattern still particularly enough for a collab. Sure, you can say that it is just a copy of the Air Force One, but I find Bape very influential and you can allow yourself. It's just something new and I'm looking forward to having the sneaker in hand.
