Yes, we also offer you the service Click & Collect during the current situation 😊. But how does it work and when can you pick up your article from us?
Each article on our website is currently available for Click & Collect, but at 2 different locations in Munich.
How can I place an order via Click & Collect and where do I have to pick it up?
After you have put your desired item in your shopping cart, you go to the checkout as normal. When selecting the shipping method, the "Collection" option is now available. Here you can also see the location where you can pick up your order later. Choose them and then pay as usual with your preferred payment method.
What happens after my order?
After your order, we will receive a message that you would like to pick up your article. As a result, an employee checks whether the article is really in stock and prepares it for the collection. This step usually takes about 2 hours. As soon as everything is prepared, you will receive an email with instructions for collection. Please wait for the confirmation email because we cannot guarantee any availability beforehand.
I received my confirmation email. What's next?
In the confirmation email you get the exact location for collection and a time window. The time window is from Monday to Friday between 12 noon and 6pm.
I am in front of the pick -up location, how do I get my order?
In order to ensure contactless and safe handover, we ask you to contact us on +49895459568. ATTENTION! Collection only Monday to Friday from 12 noon to 6 p.m. An employee will then bring your order to you in front of your pick -up location. Please wear a correspondingly suitable oral nose for the handover.
